PAUL CUMMINS
Chief Executive Officer
Paul is the founder and CEO of Multi-Emmy award-winning Telegael, one of Ireland’s largest film, animation and television studios. Established in 1988, the Telegael group today employs up to 400 people annually on a range of animation and live-action projects. In 2019 Telegael became part of the Toonz Media Group. Telegael has co-produced in excess of 1,100 hours of feature films and television programming. Its projects have been distributed to over 150 countries and translated into more than 50 languages. Broadcaster partners and distributors include Walt Disney Company, Lionsgate, Netflix, NBC Universal, BBC, Discovery, and more. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Paul has more than 30 years of experience in film and television production, co-production and financing and acts as executive producer on many of Telegael’s projects.

ENDA BONER
Chief Operating Officer
Enda has over 20 years experience working in the film and television industry. He joined Telegael in 1989 as a Sound Recordist, later working as Sound Mixer until he was appointed head of the company’s sound division. As Director of Facilities, Enda heads up the company’s technical and engineering team and is responsible for managing the company’s $14m investment to date in studios, facilities and technology.

Post Production Supervisor

BERNIE NÍ SHÚILLEABHÁIN
Head Of Finance
Bernie joined Telegael in 2003 as Financial Accountant and was appointed Financial Controller to the Telegael group of companies in 2004. Bernie has extensive and wide-ranging experience in film finance, budgeting, production accounting and reporting. She is responsible for managing Telegael’s financial division and overseeing the financial and secretarial affairs of all the companies in the Telegael group.

LOUISE GALLAGHER
Head Of Business and Legal Affairs
Louise joined Telegael in 2021 and advises on media and entertainment law and negotiation of financial and commercial contracts. As Head of Business and Legal Affairs, Louise is responsible for drafting the company’s co-production and acquisition of rights agreements, licence and distribution agreements and overseeing the legal and commercial affairs within the Telegael group.

BILLY KEADY
Director Of Photography
Billy has worked as a Director of Photography for over 20 years with extensive experience in drama, children’s, factual and entertainment programming. He has experience in both single camera and multi-camera filming. Billy has also directed projects for leading international broadcasters including BBC, HBO, ITV, RTE, TV3, S4C.

CIARÁN Ó TUAIRISC
Head of Sound
Ciarán began working as a Location Sound Recordist and Sound Mixer. He became Telegael’s Senior Sound Mixer in 1993 and has since worked on many documentary and drama programmes. Ciarán has also directed the dubbing of many animation and live action series. He was appointed Head of Audio in 1999 where he manages a large and creative team of audio specialists.

CATHY NÍ FHLAITHEARTA
Head Of Production
Cathy joined Telegael in 2006 as a Production Co-Ordinator and soon progressed to Production Manager on a number of Telegael projects. In January 2014, Cathy was appointed as Head of Production and is responsible for the supervision, management and execution of live-action and animation projects from development through to post production. Cathy graduated from Galway- Mayo institute of Technology in 2006 with a degree in Gnó agus Cumarsáid.

SHARON GILL
Head of Subtitling and Audio Description
Sharon joined Telegael in 2000 as a Production Assistant, and in 2006 was appointed head of the company’s subtitling division. TMI is Ireland’s leading supplier of subtitling and since joining the company, she has overseen its expansion into the areas of live translation subtitling and audio description, making it Ireland’s first access company to offer live translation subtitling and audio description in two languages for television and cinema.
Sharon holds a Degree in Business Studies, a BA in English and History and a Diploma in Irish.

CHRISTINE O'CONNOR
Producer
Christine has in-depth experience of managing long-running television drama series and feature films. She originally joined Telegael in 1994 as a lighting cameraperson, spending 10 years filming drama and documentary projects both nationally and internationally. Christine moved into directing and producing on a freelance basis, including managing the long running Irish language drama series Ros na Rún. Christine also managed the Galway-based Skillnet training programme. In 2014 Christine re-joined Telegael as Live Action Producer

MORGAN O'BRIEN
Head of Animation
With over 15 years experience in Animation, Children’s Illustration and Graphic Design Morgan joined Telegael in 2013.
As Head of Animation & Design Morgan has visually driven recent Telegael productions including ‘Big Words Small Stories’, AWGIE Award winning 'Berry Bees', 'Mondo Yan' (Gold Award Best TV Series vIDEA 2020) 'Purple Turtle' and 'Lexi and Lottie'.
Morgan's key responsibilities in Telegael include, Art Direction, IP Development, Project Management, review and allocation of work as well as his creative duties that cover all areas of pre-production design including Character Design, Background Painting, Concept Development and Graphic Design.

MÁIRE NÍ CHONGHAILE
Development Manager
Máire joined Telegael in 2006 as a Production Coordinator and then as a Production Manager, working on numerous animation and live action projects. Máire was appointed Development Manager (Bainisteoir Forbartha) in October 2019 and is responsible for developing projects from the very early stages of development through to starting production. This involves working with creators and IP owners on their ideas and creations and taking this through to creating bibles, scripting and pre-production work. Máire is also responsible for preparing and submitting funding applications with regard to such developmental projects.

RÓISÍN NÍ CHUALÁIN
Head of Dubbing
Róisín joined Telegael in 2001 as a production assistant before progressing to a production manager role.
Now head of dubbing, Róisín is responsible for all of Telegael's dubbing projects, from early stages right through to
delivery to broadcaster/client. She has vast experience in all aspects of the dubbing process.
