Telegael Teoranta, an award winning TV and Film Production Company, is seeing applications for the position of Sound Editor, based at its headquarters at An Spidéal, Co. Galway, Ireland.

The position is a 6-month contract on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Post-Production Sound, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, including animation series, documentaries, drama, music and entertainment. In particular, experience in animation for the international market would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Be proficient with Avid Protools systems
• Musical/recording ability
• Ability to work well under own initiative and in team environment in pressurised situations
• Problem solving / trouble shooting skills
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Fluency in Irish is an advantage
